How the year has flown by! On the twelfth day of Christmas God gave us the best gift and every year we will celebrate!

Theo is a joy. Our butterball stinky grizzly bear golden baby boy.

He stands and pushes furniture around. Has been wearing 18-24 month clothes since he was 7 months old. Loves bonking his head on other heads. Laughs hard at elephant sounds. Makes a great lion or bear roar. Is obsessed with the bath. Loves patting his bare belly. Gets into everything. Holds on to (pulls) mama’s hair like a lifeline. Likes eating mustard greens and graham crackers. Wants whatever you have. Hates the car. Doesn’t sit still. He unreliably says Hi, Bye, Bubba, Mama, Papa, Dog, Hot. He is a clingy mama’s boy, but get super excited to see his papa everyday. Theo loves his brother Archer so much and it is so fun watching them begin to play together.

We love our Theo!

Theo : 3 months

I have a lot of feelings about our fourth trimester coming to an end… thoughts for another day.

So technically we are at 14 weeks. Our 19.5 lb chunk is wearing a 12 month onesie. He’s just now figuring out the head control. We’ve finally had some good belly laughs. Theo is a sweet and happy baby! He still wakes up 2-3 times in the night to eat. I can’t get enough of this squishy guy. The rolls! The dimples! The fuzzy hair!

P.S. Archer at 3 months. So different! I’m also laughing at myself 4 years ago. First time mom alert!! haha.

Theo : 9 weeks

With Archer I took a photo every month with a stuffed monkey my mom bought for him at the hospital. According to his 2 month post he was about 14 lb. Theo is almost 17 lb right now. Big fella! Robert always imagines adding pounds of coffee as Theo grows… Hah.

I mean. Look at these rolls.

Here is a 9 week Archer next to a 9 week Theo… (I tried putting Theo in the same outfit but there was NO WAY it would fit him. And he’s not even in cloth diapers yet, thanks to all the diapers we were given.)

Mr. Zebra who I named “Stripes” is the first thing I bought for this baby… our Theo. I was barely pregnant, roaming the aisles of Goodwill in my hometown. Stripes (being in perfect condition, Pier One tags intact) begged me to take him home. SO here we are.

PS- I just searched “Pier One stuffed Zebra” because who ever knew they sold stuffed animals? And this guy is selling for $30 on ebay.
